INDUCTION CEREMONY

After applicants have completed the process and have been invited into the program, there is an Induction Ceremony that marks their official entrance as a Prospective Gent or Imminent Lady.

The public is invited to join the students' family in celebrating their acceptance into the program. It is a time members of the community come forward to embrace them and offer the students their support. The event is a joyous occasion and marks a transitional time in the young people's lives as they begin embarking on their memorable journey. One special part of the Induction Ceremony includes the draping of the girls and the boys each receive their Prospective Gents Logo ties from other Prospective Gents. The Ceremony ends with the inductees joining their families, ILOV, Prospective Gents, Bridge Builders members, and others for a festive reception.
